In this role, you will…
- Establish account relationships with current doctors and actively grow the business by adding new customers to the portfolio
- Support doctors with the development of their Practice
- Proactively network with uncertified potential customers to develop a new business growth plan
- Grow a portfolio covering Aligners and intra oral scanners. Medical Device and Capital equipment
- Manage accounts in Morocco and report back to the Area Sales Manager with all assigned reports
- With a result and plan oriented mind, ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned
- Consult regularly with internal partners on implementation of objectives
- As a true team player, participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals

- Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and experienced using computer aided sales systems
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups
- Fluent in English and French
- Fluent Arabic is a plus
- A good team player, dynamic, optimistic, accurate, hard-working and creative
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree or above
- At least 3 years of proven sales record
- Ideally, with an industry background in the human sciences / medical devices field, preferably with products that are sensitive to active consumer/patient demand

Laprophan recrute des chefs d’atelier de production
Missions:
-Définir, proposer et mettre en œuvre, sous l’autorité du directeur de production, des actions relatives à l’organisation et aux méthodes de travail, aux moyens techniques et humains, de l’atelier de production.
-Suivre, Coordonner et animer les activités de son atelier de production.
-Suivre le planning de fabrication journalier et hebdomadaire.
-Gérer le personnel de son atelier.
-Participer à l’ordonnancement et à l’organisation à court et moyen terme de son atelier en coordination avec le service Supply Chain.
-Suivre l’application et Faire respecter les BPF, et les procédures en vigueur au sein de son atelier.
-Assurer la revue des dossiers de lot issus de la fabrication.
-S’assurer du respect des procédures Qualité relatives à la gestion des déviations, des change-control…etc.
Profil recherché:
-De formation supérieure BAC +5 scientifique, avec une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans une fonction identique.
-Expérience confirmée dans l’encadrement d’équipe de production en industrie pharmaceutique ou agroalimentaire.
-Capacité à gérer le personnel et à animer une équipe.
-Capacité à travailler en interface avec plusieurs services.
-Affirmation personnelle et leadership.
-Rigueur, implication et méthode.
-Sens du terrain et qualité de communication.
