Pharmacy Sales Representative – Casablanca

Rattaché(e) au National Field Sales Manager, votre principale mission consiste à augmenter les parts de marchés de vos produits

Principales Responsabilités:

  • Positionner Nestlé comme le fournisseur de confiance des solutions nutritionnelles auprès du personnel de la pharmacie.
  • Assurer la couverture territoriale par une présence régulière et une bonne gestion du territoire.
  • Assurer un approvisionnement et une disponibilité continue et régulière des produits infantiles Nestlé en garantissant un stock minimum et évitant la rupture de stock dans les pharmacies.
  • Assurer un stockage sûr qui garantit les meilleures conditions d’hygiène et évite de compromettre la qualité des produits.
  • Veiller à la transmission d’informations fiables et pertinentes sur la gamme de produits Nestlé en respectant les objectifs de communication.
  • Etablir des partenariats à long terme avec la pharmacie par l’entretien de bonnes relations avec son personnel, le maintien d’un service de qualité et le traitement et le suivi des réclamations.
  • Informer et former le personnel de la pharmacie à propos du code de l’OMS et particulièrement ce qu’ils peuvent et ne peuvent pas faire puis surveiller et corriger toute infraction.
  • Assurer la remontée d’information sur les tendances du marché et de la concurrence.
  • Maximiser la mise en place de la POS.

Profil Recherché:

  • De formation scientifique de préférence.

IT Specialist – Nespresso

Vous serez amené à assurer la sécurité physique et logique ainsi que la disponibilité du matériel et des logiciels afin d’améliorer les rendements des équipes dans leurs missions. Vous devez également garantir le support IT des équipes (assistance, dépannage)

Vos activités au quotidien:

  • Installer le matériel informatique et les softwares standards selon le profil de l’utilisateur.
  • Administrer le réseau: Création des comptes active directory, activation des accès, …
  • Assister les utilisateurs dans la résolution des incidents niveau 1.

  • Accompagner les collaborateurs à l’utilisation des logiciels utilisés au sein de Nespresso Maroc (MS Dynamics AX, POS et CRM, téléphonie, MS Office …)

Media Specialist

Drive Nespresso’s brand image and creating brand awareness by execution and evaluation of the global media strategy & campaigns and develop, execute, and evaluate communications to local market needs.

A day in the life of a Media Specialist

  • Localize and execute the global media strategy and develop ATL campaign materials for B2C & BTB.
  • Establish and leverage relationships with key media networks.
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate communications for all channels in line with local market needs, local development based on local insights can be required.
  • Guard the (visual) brand identity and tone-of-voice, e.g., by supporting the adaptation and creation of all communication with an expert opinion on key messaging.
  • Evaluate the global media strategy, and media and creative agencies on performance against KPI’s.
  • Lead all agency related topics as annual scope of work definition and brief, campaign design and implementation, brand & performance KPIs, FEE and costs.

Legal Counsel – Northwest Africa

Nestlé Morocco is looking for someone to be a business partner who proactively shapes and challenges within the business and externally by delivering legal, compliance, regulatory and risk and reputational management strategies and solutions to NiM businesses and functions in the country or region.

Legal Strategy

  • Support Northwest Africa Cluster (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya) in developing, communicating, and executing legal, compliance, regulatory and risk management strategies for NiM.

Team managements

  • Take a leadership role within the function in Northwest Africa Cluster. With minimal supervision lead from Head of Legal, develop and coach members of the Legal team.

Disputes resolution, investigations & litigation

  • Responsible for managing the various disputes and coordinating litigation of Nestlé affiliates in MENA.
  • Attend court cases as a representative of Nestlé company and/or as a witness.
  • Follow-up and monitor of court cases with the local lawyers and update the internal stakeholders accordingly.
  • Review pleadings/memorandums.
  • Collaborate with the General Counsel, Country Manager, Finance Manager and Legal team members of MENA Legal to follow-up litigation cases and to efficiently resolve lawsuits.
  • Define strategy for specific disputes and investigations.
  • Managing disputes and investigation.

Contract Law

  • Partner function responsible for significant commercial or project-based arrangements.
  • Draft (from templates and/or from scratch), review, amend, revise, negotiate and terminate all commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents of any nature.
  • Provide business-oriented legal advice on agreements/contracts directly to the relevant category/division/business unit.
  • Collaborate with and facilitate cross-team decision-making with the relevant category/business team/division and/or any other    relevant internal stakeholder.
  • Drive contract lifecycle from drafting to signature through completion of the full negotiation process till signature.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of local laws and regulations, contracts, SOP, Z-EMENA legal requirements, legal risk and liability and Nestlé Group risks position on various matters.
  • Interpret contracts and advise categories/business units on contractual responsibilities and risks mitigation.
  • Drive contract and other Legal processes standartisation and automation.

Corporate Law and Commercial Law

  • Support Nestle affiliates on all corporate and commercial matters by providing business legal advice in Northwest Africa Cluster.

Legal Risk Management

  • Protect Nestlé by reducing/minimizing the risks and closing the gaps and help Nestlé affiliates’ management to execute flawlessly its business objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and manage a strategic plan for the provision of legal services in accordance with and in support of business objectives.
  • Provide business legal advice, assistance, and support.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of actions to close the gaps have been taken.
  • Provide risk management advice to internal stakeholders.

Intellectual Property

  • Coordinate with the IP Champion the protection, enforcement, and defense of the intellectual property rights (IPR) of Société des Products Nestlé S.A. in the MENA.

Data Privacy

  • Coordinate with the Data Privacy Champion the privacy and the protection of personal data captured, used, and shared by our Nestlé affiliates in MENA countries.

Digital & social media

  • Coordinate with the Digital Champion and advise on any digital matter and with any relevant authority.

Antitrust Law

  • Provide legal advice on antitrust and competition matters.
  • Manage risk assessment.
  • Lead internal due diligence, audit and investigations.
  • Roll out Compliance Program & Training.

Corporate Secretary and governance

  • Act as Corporate Secretary for Nestle affiliates in his/her area of responsibility.
  • Insure high standard of corporate governance.

Labour Law

  • Legal Business Partner for HR (employment contracts, terminations, dismissals, labour litigation etc.)
  • Provide legal advice aimed at shaping people strategy.

Profile:

  • Master’s degree in law (business law/corporate Law/commercial law).
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience.
  • Admitted to the Bar Association.
  • Fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
  • Experience in contract and commercial laws is mandatory.
  • Law practice in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel in a multinational company (ideally within FMCG) or a combination of both.
  • Good knowledge of company law, contract law, competition law, unfair competition law, data protection law, M & A law, and IP law.
  • Good knowledge of employment law.

IT Operations Analyst

In accordance with Service Level Agreement, provide high quality, customer focused support for Information Technology services to ensure smooth operations.

A day in the life of…

  • Support day-to-day first level support for assigned area of responsibility within the Information Technology Team. Work closely with GLOBE Center and local business partners to ensure smooth IT services.
  • Extend support for smooth Printer services in the Market. Engage with local business partners to ensure services as per GLOBE guidelines.
  • Coordinate LGO procurement activities and monitor the end-to-end process for procure to pay. Follow up on open Purchase requisitions and Purchase orders in compliance with guidelines.
  • Manage projects for relevant GLOBE initiatives, ensuring proper documentation as per GLOBE guidelines.
  • Assist the implementation of GLOBE IT initiatives for sustained IT infrastructure in line with GLOBE guidelines and recommendations
  • Keep IT Management informed reading the health of IT support operations and initiatives in progress. Report periodically the progress of GLOBE Information Technology support operations and projects to the IT Management.

What will make you successful

  • A bachelor’s degree Majors in Computer Sciences.
  • 2-4 year of experience in the one or more of the required technologies (Server Administration) specialization and suitable qualifications in Information Technology.       
  • Demonstrated project management competency.
  • Good English proficiency.
