Marketing Leader

We’ll look to you to develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Africa Region. Leading the regional marketing team, you will empower and mentor them, alongside using your previous knowledge and experience to drive collaboration across the business functions in our organization to deliver marketing values and meet regional objectives. Working closely with the Country Directors, go-to-market sales, and product teams you will deliver the revenue plan through a strategy geared towards new customer acquisition and lead generation, improving satisfaction and retention, and gaining share of wallet among existing customers for the regional team.
We will look to you to have experience in a Strategic Marketing role within an international environment – you may have a degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. You will be a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of complex businesses within financial services / payments. You have experience in leading, developing, and motivating teams. Fluency in English and French is required for this role. Previous experience with lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.

Strategic Planning Leader

Reporting directly to the Regional VP of Africa, you’ll be responsible for the implementation of the strategy and key regional activity coordination, liaising with key stakeholders. You’ll execute business priorities to continue to grow our business (Retail, Digital) in Africa and drive strong communication across the Region ensuring cross-functional alignment. You will oversee and accelerate strategic initiatives, formulate issues analysis, and trigger process improvements. You’ll use your extensive organizational and creative skills to assist the Regional VP in the preparation of board materials and communications for the Leadership and Executive meetings. You’ll motivate, and take strong leadership to drive strategic projects, working with cross-functional teams to drive results and encourage out-of-the-box thinking.
For such a role it is essential you have significant experience in Financial Services. You’ll have extensive progressive working experience at a Leadership level and comprehensive experience managing key projects with efficient utilization of both direct and indirect resources. Complete fluency in English and French is essential. Proven ability to influence senior executives and decision-makers through demonstrable expertise in Management Information, reporting, analysis, and data interpretation is also essential. You’ll have proficiency in Lean and/or Agile management.

Senior Business Development Associate

We’ll want you to be successful and meet your sales goals by managing a portfolio of agents and increasing their sales in the Northern Africa area. You will support and supervise the activation of the agent (retail and/or digital). You will be responsible for the life cycle of the agent in its territory. You will oversee the productivity of the points of sale, whether they are old or new, that is, ensuring that they generate the transactions for the business.
For such an important role, you will have significant client-facing sales experience and customer service in a global and multicultural environment and matrix organization. You may have a bachelor’s degree in Business administration or Marketing. You’ll need the ability to work independently and possess strong decision-making skills. You’ll use your interpersonal skills to negotiate, present, and listen to your agents and build trust and confidence with them while you are reporting your strategy and achievements on a weekly basis to your direct supervisor. Advanced English, French and Arabic required.
